Shipping
Products are shipped to the shipping address indicated in the order by ENVIALIA transport company.
Orders are delivered within 24h and 72h (working days).
Shipping costs
3.60 + VAT in Peninsula
7.50 +VAT in Balearic Islands. Except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER 30 euros in the mentioned areas.

Returns
IMPORTANT:
If upon receipt of your order you are not satisfied, you can exercise your right of withdrawal under the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users by requesting a refund within 15 calendar days from the date you received the order and, preferably, using the original packaging in which you received your order (if for any reason it is not possible to use the original packaging, you may return the order without any charge).
If for any reason it is not possible to use the original packaging, you may still return the order without penalty, but you should be aware that in this case the product may suffer a depreciation). The products to be returned must be in perfect condition, and their use must not be limited. Once it has been verified that these conditions have been met, the total amount of the product(s) will be refunded.

ATTENTION! The return will not be effective in the following cases:
When the products to be returned are not in perfect condition or the subsequent use of the same is limited.
When the product has been subjected to a CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS and this process has already begun. In the case of customized products, the return period STARTS from the moment the order is confirmed on ifoot.com and ENDS as soon as the product has been introduced in the customization process. Therefore, please make sure that you have ordered what you really want by carefully checking the confirmation email we send a few seconds after successful completion of the purchase. In the event that the return is feasible, the purchase price will be refunded in full to the bank account or credit card associated with the purchase made. The credit will be made as soon as we have received the product to be returned and we have confirmed that it meets our minimum requirements.
